Finger animation

I see it more often, pointing fingers or even a certain finger pose ... is this done by poser? since I cant figure it out

However, they don't work when standing (e.g., for an attachment used while standing). You need to sctipt to either stop all animations or else run the standard hand animation periodically. I needed to do this for guitars I made, so that they'll use fists rather than cycling through all the normal standing hand positions (open, relaxed, fists).

Furthermore, there currently might be a bug that makes the position on download completely ignored. That seems to be the case for face expressions, and might apply to hands too -- so don't be surprised if it doesn't work.

Finally, some of these things (e.g., expressions) aren't permanent anyway: they only last for a moment and then fade away -- even when it's "working". So, scripting is usually the way to go.

I've never seen the problem Lear describes, hands used to work for me standing iirc, but they've been broken again since July of last year according to the Jira? Unlike facial expressions (which would look ridiculous if they did), hand morphs are supposed to stay throughout the animation (or at least they used to).

Please vote on the jira to encourage it to be fixed!
