Hi, 2 questions for you :-)

Ok, 1, where can I find SLs default poses? ..... in short, i want to make my av sit on an object the right way around no matter where i am when i click sit, so i want the default anim to add to a poseball script in the item :-) ..... for example, if i am standing to the side of the object, the av will not sit straight, so i want to control it with a pose script... hope this makes sense??

and 2, where can I find full perminsion anims and static poses? i know of bits and bobs (who do amazing work!) and i know of Nyterave studio.... but are there anymore?

thankyou!

Well you can get the default anims with the avatar mannequin download from this site, but that's a completely separate issue from the poseball script. For the latter, search on the LSL wiki, there's an example there of a basic poseball script.

For the second question, I think Pillowtalk sells full-perms anims for furniture makers. I'm strongly considering doing this in the future, but at the moment I don't have any in my store.

I sell some of my poses and animations with full permissions - but obviously they cost more. If a customer wanted one with full permissions, then if they ask me, we could probably come to an agreement, so why don't you approach the vendor? No harm in asking.

I think I will have this problem in the future. Working on making furniture and other items, I can't afford to buy sit or sunbathing balls for each item. Guess its time to learn how to make them myself :o

The id keys of default animations can be found in the wiki. Try here http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Internal_Animations

Also there are THOUSANDS of freebie full perm animations you can use in funiture including many sitting positions, standard poser animations and all the default anims.
Just check places you would expect to find freebies such as the shelter, yadnis junkyard, stillmans free bizaare.

Full perm animations

In answer to your full permissions animation Questions...

I have just started a big Full permissions animation set at my store....LostDog Designs.

I only have ten sets out right now, but you watch them grow.

They are copy and transfer, designed for content creators to use in the items, not for individual resale ^^.

The set will be huge and is going under the name of "the 3C collection" (content creators collection).

95% are animated, and are right up there with the rest of our animations in terms of quality.

I'd use these in my own items if they werent in this set...thats how i rate them.

I was going to wait for my advertising drive to be pushed out in one go...but you may as well come take a peek right now..... no one has these yet btw ^^.

Get in early, Ben.

I would give you a list if I had it- but there are a lot of stores that will sell pose balls either copy (but not transfer) or full perm, precisely for resale in furniture or using in all your personal furniture. You may as well do your search in "All" for "animation" and "animations" (yes, they give you different results) and start hopping around everywhere.

Thanks Ben!!!
I love your poses. I make furniture and IM'd you last year about full perm ones. I consider this a real service to SL, because you do take a chance that your poses will get into the wild if the content creators aren't careful.
