I recently aquired poser 4, and have been experimenting with some little animations. For my first project i decided to make a forward handstand/flip animation. It works perfectly in poser 4, but in SL, in animation preview, the hips do not rotate or move position, so the animation is just the legs contacting, and the arms going up and down.
Is this just the preview or will the uploaded version not work correctly?
I have included the BVH file, and I was using a male SL manequinn

Funny you should mention this... I posted here a while ago about crouching animations, but I've been having this problem too. I recently tried creating an anim for laying down, but the hips and upper body of my character never move. Any response to the original question would surely help.

try going into the first frame of the animation and doing edit > restore > figure. Keep in mind that anything that doesn't change from the 1st to 2nd frame of the animation will be ignored for the rest of the animation once you upload to SL.
