animations can only animate the avatar, not objects. Object "animations" are created with scripts. Sometimes you can attach an object and move it with the avatar, but its really annoying to create. Best to ask in the scripting section.

i want to animate one of those japanese bamboo things, so it will atually look like it is dropping the water :P

Easiest to animate a texture or use particles, but there are moving objects as in the jelly prim and also the melting watch, although I have no idea what the scripts say.

There is dripping water inside my cave that I blew together fast - just particle dripping water from the stalactites.
