If you can live with just a single facial expression for the entire animation, you can just specify that expression in the upload window when you upload the animation. If you want to play several facial expressions during the 30 seconds, you need a script to call each facial expression with the correct timing. Since this is the animation forum and the scripting gurus are in the Scripting Tips forum, I'd post the request there.

I find that the facial expression feature still sustains any specified expression in a single animation for only a few seconds.

Oops! I didn't realize that since I don't use facial expressions in my animations. Then you'll have to use an animation script to play the facial expression along with your other animation. Since the facial expression animations don't loop (they play once then stop), the script will need to have a timer that keeps replaying the animation. See this thread:
