Improve Avatar default animations

Hey this proposal is very close to being at the 500 count needed to get acknowledgement. I know many of you would love tohave greater control over our avatars default animations and hopefully end the need for a anim. overide so send some voting love to this proposal.. :)

I like this idea!

But then once everyone has a new defualt set.... i will want the old set back to be different lol.
