I bought 4 Dance animations from a respected person in SL. 2 of them are great and I have no complaints, but two of the others (Mr.Roboto and Guitar Dance) only play through once. I've IM'd the maker twice, but never received a reply, and I don't want to mention names, since there are rules against that sort of thing, and there might possibly be a genuine reason why the maker hasn't replied. So, I guess my questions is, is there a way to make a non-looping dance, loop in SL?? I played with the Gestures button, and it does let you open some dances (and I presume make them loop), but not the two I have problems with. And again, just to set the record straight, I am very happy with two of the dances, but very unhappy with the other two. Thanks

From: Partington Gould So, I guess my questions is, is there a way to make a non-looping dance, loop in SL?? If just looping, it is possible. You can use gesture's sequencer or some script. But as you described below, unless they have full permissions, you can't put it into gestures. Besides, even if you could do that, they wouldn't be played smoothly because I guessed they were not created to loop. Looping animations or non-looping ones depend on the creators' considering. There is no rule that all dancing animations must loop. I wonder if you bought animations that were spelled out "looping". From: Partington Gould And again, just to set the record straight, I am very happy with two of the dances, but very unhappy with the other two. You have all my sympathy.
