animation hands and slow down

okay i finally threw out my first set of poses (shamless plug ducks the incoming rotten fruit) Now i am playing with where in my poses the person moves. how do i Slow down the animation so it don't look like my guy drank to much coffe? lol

also how can i pose my hands and keep them that way posers hand helps don't work and sl hand motiones in the up loads don't stay in them long.

Alternative below.
1. Tell him that having too much caffeine will cause his health trouble.
2. Increase frames. The default setting should be 30fps, that is, it takes 1 second to play 30 frames animation.
3. Change the fps rate. It should be on the Animation Palette window.

Unfortunately, that is the feature. Hands morph is so glitchy that it sometimes doesn't appear at all. :( The best thing is to force yourself not to care. :p
