i purchased an animation (a cross legged sit on the ground). i'd like to change it into a gesture so i can access it readily form the bottom menu ribbon.

i have been able to create a gesture but when it comes time to put in the animation, it can find a lot of animations except the one i purchased.

does the gesture creator only look in certain folders for usable animations? i can't seem to figure out where the gesture creator is looking. it presents me with a list ... that seems to be 2 alphabetical lists one after the other. it begins the "Afraid, Angry, Away" then proceeds to "Worry and Yes" then continues with "9-to-5 and arabesque" and ends with "wino and yess-master".

the second portion of the list seems to be the MISC sub-folder under my ANIMATIONS folder but when i put my purchased animation in that sub-folder, it does not appear in the gesture creator.

i can't figure out where the first portion of this list comes from.

thanks in advance from a still newbie,

egon

Egon the animation in question doesnt have the correct permissions to put it in a gesture. this sux I know personally I have about 30 animations and umpteen million sounds that I cant use in gestures cause of the permission bugs.
