If I understand you correctly, what you would like to do is that, at the conclusion of the animation action, you want the avatar to hold the position of the final frame. Is that correct?
You still need to use the Loop feature when you upload the animation to Second Life. When uploading to Second Life, check the Loop feature. Beside that there are two parameters. By default, they are something like Begin: 0.00 and End: 100.0.
Change that 0.00 in Begin to 100.0.
The animation will play through, then loop the last frame only, acheiving the effect of holding the position of the last frame.
This assumes that the final position is in the last frame. If it's in your second frame (first of the animation), I believe you could Loop with Begin at 0.000 and End also at 0.000. But it's probably easier for you to copy that pose in the second frame to the final frame of the animation, and loop the last frame as described above.
