I'm currently working on an av that has kind of a robot hover cone instead of legs. I have a cloaking script on the legs but they can still sort of be seen when they clip outside the cone. is there any way I can disable the walking animation to stop them clipping outside the cone?

You need a frozen legs animation

Someone made a Dalek AV last year (called a Darlek) which uses a glide technique. Unless you used the frozen leg animation the entire thing wobbled, but otherwise looked very realistic.
You may be able to find it in a scifi shop somewhere in SL, and contact the creator if you aren't comfortable making your own. |

I guess you're asking about Prioirty. You should be able to find it in the top sticky FAQ thread or Animation guide. And you'd better let your avatar's knees bend and remain stationary.
