Sort of like a macro or a profile so a user can record an appearance and switch back and for between recorded appearances on the fly. (ie. Goth one minute. A knight the next, an anime japanese school girl the next ;).)

Once you have your AV looking how you want, select appearance and make outfit. name the outfit and make sure to check all the boxes that appear. then save it. it will go into your clothing folder. Once done you can drop that folder on your AV to quickly change to that saved outfit.
You can do this with as many outfits as you like.

:p

Just kidding. But thank you very much. I was wondering how I was supposed to participate in that one year aniversary dealio w/o messing up my image. the dealio required users to come as a kid for prizes.

Fortunately/unfortunately I was in NY that weekend with my RL body.

Just one wuick caveat, depending on how your organize your clothing. I do mine by type, so I have folders for pants, shirts, etc. If, when you save the outfit, you are wearing anything you have no copy permission on, SL will physically move the item into the new outfit folder and rename it!

I find this extremely annoying and now save all my outfits with only naked body components - no clothes, attachments, etc.

Just a heads up - if you organize by outfit, this shouldn't matter.

Yeah, I kinda get pissy when i swap to an outfit and wind up wearing only a cowboy hat and a belt. :)
