I have a basic "passing-out" pose - the figure drops to his knees, then pitches forward, ending up face down on the ground. The animation works in previw mode in SL to the point where the figure starts to pitch forward, then in preview mode the figure just stands back up!
I'm using Poser 5. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Hello Brett,
Did you touch the "Body" part of the figure on Poser when you made it pitch forward? It is just "Hip" that you can move the figure's positon or rotation.

Touching the body

It's possible. So I should alway move the character via the hip? I think I use x-translations, etc.

Yes, whenever you'd like to move or rotate the whole figure. The "Body" is the information of relation between the figure and the local Poser world. It isn't translated into bvh. The "Hip" is the top of the hierarchy constructing figures in bvh.
