I have seen the multiple threads with poser 6 solutions. I went to the sites to get the service update or whatever it is called to fix the problem with rotation values, put in my serial number from the back of my case and it says its invalid....What can I do? Anyone have any suggestions?

Which does it happen on your program or the web site? If it does on the web site, did you register your account in advance?
