Er, if you mean "naked"....
To take off clothing, open your inventory, type "worn" in the inventory search. Then right click and remove things you don't want to wear by choosing take off item.
To put on clothing, right click an item and choose wear.

There are scripts that can be inserted into clothing, prim clothing, so that someone can strip off clothing. That is the closest I can get to relevant for this subforum. An animation that would go along with the stripping of the clothing. I do not think the strippable clothing has an animation. Just one moment prim clothes, next, prim clothes off.
