Pause in walk animation loop

Ok I made a 15 frame walk animation and I left the first one alone and made the animation, it plays fine in Avimator but when I upload the animation and loop it theres a long pause at the start of each loop. I can't work out why. Please help.

I know for my program I use this formula...

200/Number of frame = In(%)

this is total number of frames in the BVH file. not Key frames. This is what I use to make perfect loops.
