Noob help plz

I'm new on making animations.. I'm using AvMotion and I have a quick question...

When I make a animation and test it out, it goes all kinds of fast.. how do I slow it down?

Increase the frames that you let it posture. 30 frames means 1 second. When you set the last pose at the 30th frame, it goes in 1 second. 60th frame, 2 seconds.

Ok but what if my animation is only like 10 frames?

I don't understand why you stick with such numbers of frame but if you dare to make it just by only 10 frames, change the fps rate on the bvh text directly. See this article.

I have the same problem that my whole animation is only a dozen frames long, I was going to see if I could copy frames in order to pad it out more and make more frames.

But the link is excellent, just go and change the framerate. I'll try it tonight.
