Animation shops on the Adult continent?

For those of you who sell at least some sex animations: do you intend to move to the Adult continent? Are we required to do so if, say, 30% of our wares are naughty poses? Is there an argument that sexballs are not "Adult" (i.e., only "Mature";) if one puts up signs (like Henmations does) forbidding nudity in the store, and if one's ads don't involve nudity? Is there some way we can get definitive LL answers to such questions?

If we are required to move, what's the best way to move from a business perspective? Does it make sense to split one's shop in two -- an Adult shop on the Adult continent, a non-Adult shop elsewhere? Or to have the entire shop only in the Adult area (even if a majority of stuff isn't Adult)? Or to have a "main" shop in the Adult area (with everything on sale) and a satellite (with just non-Adult stuff) in a non-Adult area?

I will be staying on private island land. My shop will have to be on adult-only land; if the sim owner doesn't change the sim to that status, I'll have to move.

I'm interested to hear what others have to say.
