Is there a way to get you body shape from sl to poser so its easier to make poses and animations to fit your av better?

Only by testing and adjusting the shape in poser. Theres no file transfer method if that what youre after. I have my model in poser adjusted to almost match my SL body perfectly. So hand on hip in poser, is actually hand on hip in SL. It took about 20 -25 uploads to make all the adjustments.
Its annoying eh.
