QAvimator Sit question...

Hi all..been on SL for several months now, but just now trying out making poses and animations. My question is in regards to a sitting position using the QAvimator. Can not seem to find a way to actually make it like your avi is actually sitting on the ground. Tried it in-game and my avi is like sitting in mid-air. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
