Multi couple dance thingy...

Hi,

So, I've built my first house, and installed a dance floor and some cool lights. What I'd really like is some couple dances, like Salsa, tango etc. So I can buy poseball sets and put them on the floor, but this takes up 2 prims per set.

I'm aware that "menu driven" furniture exists which rezzes up different poseballs and animations depending on the menu choice selected. Is there such a thing (or controlling script) for couples dancing?

What I'd imagine, from my *very* limited understanding, is that perhaps I would fill the contents of an object, e.g. my rotating light, with a controller/menu script or scripts and also dance scripts. Then, when I click on the light (or dance ball or whatever) it would bring up a menu, I'd select couple dances and then Salsa 7 or something, and then 2 poseballs (one blue and the other a lovely shade of pink) would appear. I and my dashing partner would select our respective poseballs, confirm the "animate your avatar" request and then dance the night away. Also, I guess that changing the dance through the menu would automatically change the avatar animations?

Also, although again not sure if possible, it would be quite nice to have dances where one or two people could do the same dance, but not a "couple" dance, e.g. 2x club dance or something.

Does such a thing exist? If not, can somebody write it for me, if so, where can I buy it!

Thanks!

Lorna ,

I sell exactly what you're asking about in the form of a dance rug for the home, I have two different models, each loaded with nine dances and nine cuddles. And, yes, once you are dancing, you just use the menu to change dances (think of a sex bed, but with dances .. LOL).

I also sell a menudriven dance ball that , when touched, gives you a choice of which dance to do.

Search for BigJack Rolls and my stores are in my profile under Picks.

You can setup exactly what you describe Lorna, by getting a free copy of the MLP, then putting your dances in it and editing the notecard with the dance animation names.

Just click it, it will rez two poseballs, the first time you'll need to position them together, so look how the original poseballs were positioned when you pull the animations out. You can either have it so you click it again to bring up the menu or automatically pop up the menu again.

You can also drop in kisses and hugs to end the dance.. ;) (or club dances like you describe)

I have one of these I can attach, so we can use our dances wherever we can rez! :)
