I am not sure I fully understand the problem, but I can make a couple of guesses about things to check. One thing to look at is the animation's priority, which you set in the upload window. If the priority is set to less than 4, it might get overridden by some of the default Second Life animations. The other thing to check is to make sure the settings for all the rotations of the leg joints are different between the key frame (frame #1) and the frame that starts the actual animation (frame #2). If the knee in your frame #2 is 0 - 0 - 0, you may want to set the knee in the key frame, frame #1, at 1 - 1 - 1.

When you test it, are you playing it while sitting or standing? Since it plays properly sometimes, I'm guessing it's a priority issue maybe? The default stands are 0 priority, so if you didn't change the priority from 2 when you uploaded, it will play over a stand but not show from a sit.
![]() avatar_sit: 4 avatar_sit_female: 4 avatar_sit_generic: 4 avatar_sit_ground: 3 avatar_sit_ground_constrained: 3 So your animation needs to be priority 4, because otherwise the default shows up instead. Also, do you have an AO setup with a replacement sit animation? Those are usually priority 4 to override the default sits as well. ![]() _____________________
