Why is it that when I try to assign animations to certain keystrokes not all of the animations in my inventory appear in the drop down menu?

Animations set to No-Transfer apparently cannot be used in gestures.
This is stupid, as it sets animations to be effectively useless, and goes against every other permission inheritance in the game. Gestures should be able to be made with no-transfer anims, but should come out no-transfer themselves, how every other item works. _____________________
