Anyone know how to make crouching animations? Whenever I upload them my av is floating.. even though in avimator I lowered the whole body down to the ground using the hip's z height.. if someone could help me out that'd be great.

You might not have been keeping the default pose at the first frame. You should follow Beginner's Guide of Avimator.
