How can I get a pose to end where I want it

Okay, I have a pose almost done and when testing it, the avie ends where he began. (Frame 1) I looked around (and at the one tutorial that still works which is beginners guide) and don't see a ready solution. What I am looking for, to be clear, is a way to end my pose where the .bvh ends not back at the beginning and no, I can't loop this. It needs to do what it does and hit an ending.

It's a little unclear what you are wanting, but it sounds to me like you want to play through an animation once and freeze on the last frame. To do that, turn on Looping and set the In to 100%. This will make the loop only apply to the end of the animation (ie. 100% through to 100% through.) Holding a pose always involves looping, it's just that you can manipulate which part of the animation to loop.
