I created an animation that animates the entire body, but when I upload it and associate it with a gesture, it only animates the right arm. what am I doing wrong?
Thanks!

What you need to do is look at frame 1 and frame 2 of your animation. You need to make sure that each body part moves at least a tiny bit (1 degree rotation is enough) between frames 1 and 2. The reason for this deals with how SL interprets priorities in your animation. Any body part that DOESN'T move between frames 1 and 2 is automatically set at -1 priority for that part, reguardless of what priority you uploaded at. Conversely, if a body part DOES move between those two frames, it will have the priority that the animation was uploaded at. It's possible to use this to combine several animations together, each only moving certain parts of the body, but I'll leave that for you to play with.
