I recently bought some mocap files and imported into poser 5. Most of the animation works as it should be intended bar the neck and head which are in an odd position, does anyone know why this might be happening, do i need a more recent version of poser or a different program to import the bvh file in. thanks in advance

I think what we all really need is a better avatar structure - IMO the problem is with the SL avatar mesh and skeleton. It may be possible to convert the mocap data in a way that maps better to the SL figure, but I'm guessing that this would be specific to each animation and not at all easy to generalise.

Conversely, it should also be possible to capture the mocap data in a way that best matches the existing SL avatar figure.
