How to walk slowly? I want to stroll, not scurry.

The "press the spacebar" doesn't work for Linux to slow down the normal walk.

Is there any animation that is a slow stroll instead of a fast walk?

Animations do no control walk speed.

Some walking animations may create something of a visual illusion of walking faster or slower, based on stride size and pace. But they do not actually change the walk speed.

Do you mean the 'slow motion animations' option from the client uhm advanced menu?

No. That makes the character take long sliding steps, as if they are on rollerskates. The leg movememnt is slowed, but the foreward movement is just as fast.

I just want it to move from place to place with a slow walk.

I guess it will have to be post-production effects.

Holding space bar down along with up arrow (or w key) used to move slowly, but it currently doesn't work.
