I recently made a stance, yet no animation just one frame. From what it looks like on AV Motion the character's feet are planted on the ground. When I imported it to SL I am floating about half a foot in the air.

Ive tried to low the hip area down and still no change, Ive tried moving the character high still no change. If anyone knows whats wrong give me a yell xD

Just one frame animation doesn't allow you to decide the hip position and it is always placed on the default standing positon. But it is strange that the default standing positon is floating in the air. hmm... I'm not sure what happens.
Try to make two frame animation to plant its feet on the ground. No touch at the first frame and move the figure down at the second frame.

It should be mentioned that SL *always* needs the first frame of an animation to be left untouched. So for a still-frame pose you would need two frames: the first, untouched frame, and the second frame, where your pose goes. qavimator locks the first frame by default, so you don't run into this problem by accident anymore.
