When I attempt to upload animation, my Open dialogue box is blank. I can't get access to any of my files to upload. Everything else is fine but the upload. (upload Image also produces a blank Open Box)

The only thing I can think of is that sl has been really bad the last several days. I was able to upload everything I needed to today but many have had alot of trouble with tps, rezzing, and uploading.

(upload Image also produces a blank Open Box) The only valid reason I can think of is when the account does not have 10 L$ in it to cover the cost of upload. The upload dialogue doesn't open in that circumstance.
