Animation problem

My partner has just bought a horse but cannot ride it on the island he owns. He can gallop with it but when he tries to walk the horse he ends up "walking" it (I hope this is making sense!) It's not an AO problem as he can walk the horse anywhere in sl (where allowed) and can even walk the horse on a neighbours island (in the same sim and group). I share the island with him and I have no problem at all walking my horse. Can anyone suggest what the problem could be as we're at our wits end trying to come up with a solution. Thanx :)

So let's say that when he is walking around without the horse he is walking on his two human legs and when he is walking with the horse he is making the horse walk on it's four horse legs. So are you saying that on his own island he can't make the horse walk on the 4 horse legs but it looks like he is walking on his 2 human legs while the horse is still attached to him? And that on other islands the 4 horse leg walk does work?

Has he removed his AO? Has he removed all of his attachments except the horse? Any attachment can contain an AO script. If the problem still happens it could be that he has dropped an AO on the ground and it is still animating him.

When he walks on his own he is using his two legs - when he is on the horse and wants to make the horse walk he is still using his 2 legs with the horse wobbling about still attached to him. It only happens on our land. If he has dropped an AO on the ground how can we find it?
I forgot to mention that he has stripped down naked on the island and it still happens :) so not an AO problem. The island is the only place it happens
