Hands On Head

So I made my own custom animation (or at least I tried to) and it seems to work pretty well except for one thing. With the animation, the hands are supposed to be on top of the head, but when I play it in world, the remain at the sides like they are when you're standing. Is there anything I can do about this. I figured my animation would override everything else since I uploaded it as priority 4.

-all pivots must be moved 1 dg in order to 'overide' the default posistions, however in your case there must be something you have done wrong- If you in your pivot-setup in the animation program (whitch is??) have positioned the uArm, fArm, & hands in correct pos on keyframes, then you should at some point in the animation (at least) see your hands in the designated position -i gues you have not made any keyframes?
