i main a kneel animation the other day and im having trouble i uploaded it into sl and when i preview the animation im kneeling in the air have no idea what is wrong or wht i did wrong

Hit the FAQ for animators at the top of this forum, look for things about floating and sitting animations and hip height.

You have to adjust your hip height. In avimator when you select the hips you will see an extra set of sliders to adjust the position.
