Why are the legs crossing over in my walk animation?

Hi,

I just need a couple of simple walk cycles for a project and reckon knocking them out with Poser's walk generator will be fine (using v7, if that makes any difference). Trouble is that once anything I've generated is uploaded the legs cross over - the lower left leg is further right than the lower right leg and visa-versa.

Had a little search, but haven't come across anything similar. Can anyone give me a quick-fix or tell me why it's happening?
