Second figure in Poser?

I've gotten comfy with Poser 5, but for the life of me can't add a second figure to the scene. I want to do some cuddly poses, but need both figures to arrange them. The Poser doc hints that's done through the Setup Room, but it's not obvious how. Any hints or links would be much appreciated.

If it is anything like Poser 6 or 7... You open the Library using the tab on the right of the screen, pick the figure you want and use the buttons below to add or change a figure.
