Is anyone who has upgraded to Poser 6 and willing to sell older version at a reasonable price?
I am just starting out and want to learn for fun, but cannot afford current version.

In most cases buying an upgrade terminates the license for the older version, so it's not legal to sell on the older version having upgraded.

Put this in the Yahoo search bar: poser 5 for sale

You will find many that have it for about $80. That's a great deal.

You might still be able to find a new copy of Poser Artist (which is Poser 4). It is out of stock at a lot of places, but usually goes for around $90. If you buy it, just register it and download the patch at the company website and you should be good to go.

If you are lucky enough to find it, there was a cover CD version of Poser 3 on a British computer magazine a few years back.

I just got poser 6 at ebay for $17, some guy bought it and didn't know what to do with it(not that I do yet

, I was the only one to bid on it, I think I got pretty lucky but I've seen it there for as much as $150. So if you have a little patience, you may get it as cheap as poser 4 or 5.
