allows you to manipulate hands/fingers and also has the ability to pose more than one avatar at once?

The only options you get for hand position are the ones you can select when uploading (fist, open, normal, pointing, etc.)
A number of programs support multiple avatars. The one I use is qAvimator.

I use QAvimator, Poser 8, and U-Poser (a great in-world tool) for couples poses and animations.
