Hi.
I wish to start building animations. I have AVMotion, but there is nothing in it that involves the hands or facial expressions. Can someone post a list of some of the animation building programs that can be used to make animations in SL?
Thanks

Hi. There is Avimator, A free animation proggy designed specifically for SL. you can get it here: http://www.avimator.com/Or alternatively, Poser 6, which is a bit pricey, but still very useful. Although i used poser way back before i even knew about SL. I have poser 4 with pro pack and it works wonderful..not sure if you can still get poser 4 and pro pack for it still or not. Did several short movie skits with it and still use it today in SL for animation creation. Poser 6 can be found here: http://www.e-frontier.com/article/articleview/1597/1/281?sbss=281You might also want to check out the SL forum tutorials located here: /52/32/107495/1.html

Sorry to inform you but SL does not upload animations with hand movements and facial expressions. Never have and the rate animations are worked on by LL (nothing since 2004), never will. The only thing you can do is to include a morph for the beginning of the animation during upload. But this seldom goes off and for a very short time.
