Im new to animations and iv made a pose i really like but when i type my fingers scrunch up and i hear theres a advanced option actually in SL to move the fingers around andstop that happening, any one help?

you're probably talking about the typing animation that's built into sl. it sounds like it's interfering with your animation. you can turn it off in the debug settings under the advanced menu.
