Windlight and bumpiness

I'm having a problem with Windlight. When i put on bumpiness, the object sometimes light up (way more than putting on fullbright). When I twirl the camera around the object, it sometimes goes to normal brightness and sometimes light up.

Anyone else experienced this?

Sounds like you might have glow on a little bit?

I can't tell you what it is.. I've been using windlight since the firstlook was re-released and never seen anything like this, and I use bumpiness on a few things...

Pics?

Here are some pictures... I think it's my gfxcard or drivers... Gonna upgrade them to see if it fixes it...

Today i realized, that putting on bumpiness on another object causes the same problem to appear on the new object, but the problem disappears from the first object... Weird...

Well... new drivers didn't do the trick, so i'm still having this issue.

EDIT:
Oh yes... and i haven't any glow on the object.

It *looks like* it's changing the way light reflects, which would make some sense. Is that near a local light?

Yes, i have lots of local lights there. I tried though in prefs to set the lighting to "sun and moon only" and the problem still appears.

I don't know if the screenshot shows it very clearly, but there's also a fine white outline of the object in question, when it is bright.

Thats no good.. hmmm.. I'd recomend putting in a bug report, maybe checking JIRA for similar things.. no idea how to fix =/

What happens if you set the object to full bright AND bump?

It's the same deal when i set it to fullbright. When the object lights up, it's way brighter than a normal fullbright version.

And thanks Aki. For finding a better group for this post.
