Folders not meant to be where they are

This is more annoying than anything but since the new update my inventory has caused me problems. I have now created folders that are above the "my inventory" line. I cant drag them down or delete them. This happened when I unpacked them after purchase. Is there anything that I can do to get these folders to either delete or move down to where there meant to be? I have cleared my cache and even went to the extreme of deleting the program and re-enstalling it again.

Is there anything in the folders? I'd want to move the contents if possible - say, wear then "create outfit" and see if that moves them to the Inventory itself. You could attach objects and do it, too. Then go and file a bug report.

yes there are outfits in the folders, and when I wear them it don't light up the object that I am wearing but for some reason they copy into the Clothes folder where I can transfer them into a new folder, but the old ones stay up above still full with the contents and it cant be deleted or moved, as it hasn't the option to do so.

I'd do a support ticket on this, explain the problem and ask if they want a JIRA.

Inventory was being wacky last night. I had a large number of the original old avatar folders from the Library appear at the top level of the inventory tree. If I tried to open them, they simply said "Loading..."

Clearing cache and re-logging solved the problem.

I'd try clearing the cache repeatedly, possibly starting every session by clicking the clear cache button, exiting, and restarting, for week or so, in addition to filing a support ticket and searching the issue tracker and filing a new issue or commenting on any relevant existing ones you might find.

That seems eerily like the "no parent folder" thing that caused so much inventory to be lost lately, really does look like a support thing.

/me still would have done a support ticket.

JIRA gets the attention of developers. Tickets gets the attention of support people.

Well Meade, I am not a paying resident so if I had put in a support ticket I wonder how long my problem would have lingered on, at least with the way I went ITS FIXED :)
