Transparent prims not registering clicks

I seems that SOME users of first look cannot click on transparent child prims, i got this problem with one of my customers complaining she couldn't click the next button on my vendor or the color changer, she was only getting the help file.

I tested myself it still work, at least for me but cause problems for some persons.
