I think you're in the wrong forum. First, this forum is focused on the First Look beta client , its features, and its bugs. Second, these are the resident forums, the Lindens don't answer questions here, and I'm not even sure they read these forums either.
Best thing to do would be to contact billing. Unfortunately, it take quite a few tires to get a hold of someone. But keep trying.
I do think I remember a blog entry recently about PayPal, you may want to give that a look.
