I'm using the new media features to display a webpage on a prim. If that wepage changes, is there any (automated) way to have the display do a refresh?

There are web monitoring services that will send an email when a change in a page is detected. You might be able to give one of these services the email address of an SL object and have the object issue the proper scripting commands to update the parcel media url when the email is received. If it's a page with an rss feed you might be able to use an rss to email service to accomplish the same sort of thing.
