Assuming you had a previous version of FirstLook on your system, you need to fully uninstall that, run a registry cleaner (assuming you have XP), then install a fresh downloaded copy of FirstLookVoice onto your system. I assume you have tested all your hardware (mic, headphones etc)? If you are using XP, go into Control Panel (Start, Settings, Control Panel) click the Firewall icon, click the Exceptions Tab, and check you have SLVoice.exe and SLFirstLookVoice.exe checked in the list. Now start FirstLookVoice from the new desktop icon, check in Preferences, Voice Tab, and use the drop down boxes to choose your soundboard (don't use default). Make sure you haven't turnned off, or muted, your microphone in both the Audio/Volume settings of your system, or as an inline switch. Check all settings in preferences to make sure voice chat in enabled. Providing you are in a Voice enabled sim at this point, you may now be lucky enough to be able to use voice. Sometimes, the connection is dropped between your client and the voice chat server, in which case you have to relog to restart that.
