Unable to D/L Windows 2000/XP/Vista: 1.19.0.2 RC

Logging in makes SL forcing me to DL the new RC but gets not respose from the server.
Trying to DL it directly from the website brings up the message "Http/1.1 Service Unavailable".

Anyone else having that problem and if so is there any solution?
