Unable to d/l latest windlight

When I log in with my current Windlight client (1-19-0-79185) it mentions upgrade available. When i click download i get a window that says...
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

I then go to website and attempt to download from there and get the same message.

Anyone else have this same problem?

yes...i cant download it either....it sucks :(
