
Basically this means that at least to me, without tweaking the files to allow me to use my card's shaders, Windlight looks *worse* than the normal viewer.

Also attached in the Jira is a tweaked featuretable.txt that will allow you to turn things on, rather than it all just being disabled.
Also while looking into this I found that the following cards have had their settings lowered (anyone know what lowering a cards "class" actually does?), compared to the current RC release, so if you have one of these cards, and Windlight looks worse in certain ways (compared to the RC), this may be why.
Video cards effected by the "class" lowering (there may be others, I only had a quick look at this part).
