Wow since this last viewer update, now when I log off from WL I dont get the usual black logging off screen, I get a vivid bright yellow screen with nothing on the bottom no task bar or anything. This goes on for a few seconds before I get a black screen and then the task bar and start buttone eventually appear.
While I am on windlight no probs. Just this latest yellow screen when logging off, but didnt have it before.

As well as the above upgrade I had put an extra 1 gb of RAM in making 2gb, and I thought I had messed PC up. I'm similar PC spec to you I think. 2.20 gh AMD Athlon 64 2GB Ram Windows XP SP2 Media edition (2600) NVIDIA GeForce 7500LE ( I not understand your last line of spec.) My PC bought at beginning of year. I saw WindLight SL on another PC last night which is 2 to 3 years old and it was not doing what we have. So I thought my PC was damaged by me and the extra RAM. Hope others can help us. Regards, Joe

Well I dont have answer for this as I have never come across it before, but yea I was really worried thinking my driver may have gone wrong but it hasnt. I upgraded to the latest version 165.73 and it works beautifully on wl. only the logging off is strange.
But then it is only since this last upgraded version.
Perhaps we may need to report it to Jira????

Can you do that, I not know what Jira is. By the way the time to close takes longer now as well. REgards Joe

I had this happen during the first Beta test of windlight early this year. It appears the coders broken this code again.

No. That looks like you still logged in. The Yellow screen comes after Quit confirmed and SL menus gone. It allso takes the Windows XP bottom menu bar out as well, Start etc. After a while SL log out completes, leaving where Start should be blank black, clicking where it should be brings the green Start back. Regards David

My logging out is getting worse with the yellow screen and loss of my Windows XP menu bar, I'm now at the end of the long logging getting computer crashes and re-starts. Is it getting better or worse for you? Any news from Linden? I tried to contact Support but they rejected me as it is paying members only. Regards Joe

Same problem, also does it when I try to take snapshots...so I've gone back to the main viewer.
I have an Nvidia GeForce 7300 LE... So perhaps it *is* an issue with that series.

Yellow Screen has been fixed, but taking photo results in top and bottom gnome bar going black and photos looking weird.
