Alt Click focus and looks starts camera revolving

When I alt click to focus on something and look around, the camera starts revolving around on it's own, without moving the mouse.

From: Release Notes * IMPORTANT: "First Look" now maintains its own settings. When this version is installed, settings will all be set to default values.
Copying the settings.xml file to settings_firstlook.xml will avoid this. From: someone * Fixed bug with HUD attachments not appearing or rezing at the correct resolution This seems to have made HUD attachments vanish when the camera moves too far from your avatar, as if they were prims attached to the outside of the avatar and culled via LoD.

I saw something else weird, I saw an AV in the distance, near the limit of my view distance, and when I zoomed in on it, it vanished. Then as I zoomed in more, it came back.
Parts of it also vanished as I panned around.
